After a comprehensive review of your assets, whether investments, retirement savings, insurance policies, real property, and/or business interests, George will recommend an estate plan that best accommodates your goals and needs, as well as those of your heirs.

Estates can be simple or more complex, and George offers the experience and knowledge to develop whatever your need, including:

• Last Will and Testament — Effectively distributes your assets as you desire, including specific gifts, designates a guardian for minor children, if appropriate, and appoints an executor who administers your estate upon death.
• General and Durable Power of attorney — Allows you to designate an agent who has the power to act on your behalf regarding your business and financial matters in the case of your incapacitation, disability or inability to act.
• Durable Power of Attorney for Health Care — Lets you designate an agent who has the power to make short term and long term health care decisions on your behalf in the case of your incapacitation, disability or inability to act and covers final disposition upon death. 
• Living Will — This important legal document allows you to make decisions regarding life-sustaining treatment, organ donation, and restrictions on medical treatment.

Some clients may require a more complex estate plan to help avoid probate, offer greater asset and creditor protection, or place conditions on distributions made to beneficiaries. In such instances, a trust may be appropriate. George will help you navigate the realities of various types of trusts, including:  Testamentary Trusts, Revocable Trusts, Irrevocable Trusts and Miller Trusts / Qualified Income Trusts.
